Hi — I’m Erica, the baker behind Curbside Baking.
I’m a mom, creative at heart, and cottage baker who turned a love for decorating cookies into a business built on connection, creativity, and community. What started as baking for friends and family has grown into custom orders and workshops that bring people together through something sweet.
I believe great cookies don’t have to feel intimidating or over-the-top — just thoughtfully made, beautifully decorated, and created with care. Whether I’m designing a custom set for your celebration or teaching you how to decorate your own, my goal is always the same: to make the experience feel personal, fun, and stress-free.
